Exhibition graphics: from approved artwork to the show floor

Measured graphics, artwork checks and practical venue logistics connect the exhibition brief with the show floor.

Exhibition stand with branded graphics

Define the stand before the artwork

An exhibition graphics brief needs the actual stand system and approved measurements. Shell-scheme inserts, clad panels and tension-fabric displays use different templates and fitting methods.

The organiser or stand contractor supplies the current technical information, build schedule and access rules. Artwork should not be based on a generic panel size when the venue or contractor requires a specific fitting allowance.

Production and fitting checks

A graphics schedule links each file to its panel or frame. Proofs confirm logos, joins, crop positions and orientation before print. Material and surface finish depend on the system, viewing conditions and reuse requirement. Printed colour should be assessed against approved references where matching is critical.

Packing and identification matter on a busy show floor. Panels or fabric faces should be labelled to correspond with the approved layout, with handling and replacement instructions retained for the installation team.

Delivery to the show floor

Dock bookings, build-up dates, stand number and on-site contact details are separate parts of the delivery plan. An urgent requirement must be checked against artwork readiness, material availability and venue access rather than promised from a general webpage.
