Large-format artwork should read as one image, not a patchwork of panels. Our production capability reaches up to 3.2m wide for seamless UV graphics and dye-sublimation tension fabric, with the finished usable width confirmed around material and edge allowances. Choose opaque fabric, backlit applications or a hanging banner specification to suit the installation. Urgent work starts with an artwork and production check, not an unrealistic promise.

For urgent work, call first: we confirm artwork readiness, stock, machine capacity, finishing and delivery before promising a ready-by time.

- Tension fabric, backlit fabric and UV-compatible substrates confirmed against stock and venue requirements.

- Finishing
- SEG edging, hems, pockets or other fixing preparation specified to suit the display system.
- Fire & packing
- Confirm the selected material’s fire-test documentation against the show manual. Request B1/M1 or other required evidence; classifications are not interchangeable and approval is organiser-specific. Roll or fold as appropriate to the chosen material and label by stand/elevation.
- Hall & dock delivery
- Share show name, hall, stand number, unloading slot and on-site contact. Confirm vehicle booking, delivery labels, passes and any approved handling contractor before dispatch.
- Ready-by deadline
- Separate printing, finishing and hall access times. Call first for urgent work so the team can confirm a realistic collection or delivery slot.
- Installation method
- Confirm frame sizes, hanging pockets or edge profiles before artwork approval. Suspended banners need separate rigging permission and approved fixing points.
Fire documentation and any electrical checks must match the chosen materials, equipment and show requirements. No blanket certification is assumed.

Rigid panels, cut to template
Foamex and board panels are printed, cut on the flatbed and labelled by stand and wall before packing.
03 / Deliver
Out of the door, into the hall
Our own crew loads and drives to the venue—our studio is 5min from the ExCel London.

Fitted by people who made it
The same crew installs on the show floor, working to the organiser’s build-up timetable, including evenings and weekends.

Not necessarily. 3.2m is the maximum seamless print capability; material width and finishing allowances determine the final usable width. We confirm it for your specification.
02Can you print larger than 3.2m?
Larger graphics may require seams, panels or a different construction. Tell us the installed dimensions and viewing distance so we can recommend a practical approach.
03What do you need for same-day printing?
Call with final artwork, finished dimensions, material or system details and the absolute ready-by time. Stock, production capacity, finishing and delivery must all be checked.
04Can you match my brand colours?
Supply colour references and tell us if matching is critical. Sampling and the chosen fabric or substrate affect the result and the production timetable.
