The smaller touchpoints make a big difference: a counter that welcomes visitors, a screen at the right height, clear literature access and portable graphics that look like they belong together. We bring roller banners, tension backdrops, towers, tablet counters and display mounts into one show kit. Existing hardware can be reviewed for replacement graphics, helping you refresh the presentation without starting again.

Tell us what you already own and what you need to transport. We check hardware dimensions, device fit, screen weight and stability. Hanging displays require venue approval, approved suspension points and coordinated rigging; do not assume they can be attached to the shell scheme.
- Display systems
- Roller banners, tension backdrops, pop-up towers and literature racks selected around footprint and transport.
- Counter graphics
- Printed wraps and skins matched to the chosen counter dimensions and fixing method.
- Device integration
- Tablet size, charging access, screen dimensions, weight and mount/VESA compatibility checked.
- Stability
- Base footprint, load limits and any freestanding support confirmed for the selected system.
- Electrical & fire checks
- Request applicable electrical test records for powered items and the selected graphic’s fire documentation against show rules.
- Packing
- System-specific bags or cases, protected screen transport and component labelling agreed in the kit scope.
- Hall & dock delivery
- Share show name, hall, stand number, unloading slot and on-site contact. Confirm vehicle booking, delivery labels, passes and any approved handling contractor before dispatch.
- Screens & powered devices
- Confirm device ownership, load limits, power booking and cable management. Keep public routes clear of bases and trailing leads.
- Overhead signage
- Hanging banners are not ordinary portable hardware. Venue approval and approved rigging points must be arranged separately.
Fire documentation and any electrical checks must match the chosen materials, equipment and show requirements. No blanket certification is assumed.

02 / Finish
Silicone edge, sewn by hand
SEG fabric graphics are trimmed and finished with silicone edging so they fit the frame tight and wrinkle-free.
03 / Cut
Rigid panels, cut to template
Foamex and board panels are printed, cut on the flatbed and labelled by stand and wall before packing.
04 / Deliver
Out of the door, into the hall
Our own crew loads and drives to the venue—our studio is 5min from the ExCel London.
05 / Install
Fitted by people who made it
The same crew installs on the show floor, working to the organiser’s build-up timetable, including evenings and weekends.
06 / Hand over
Checked before doors open
Every panel and graphic is checked, snagged and signed off with you before the show starts.

Send the system brand, dimensions and photographs. We check the visible area and attachment method before confirming replacement graphics.
02Can my TV go on any backdrop?
No. Screen weight, mount compatibility and structural stability must be checked against the specified system. Do not attach a screen to an unsupported graphic frame.
03Do portable displays come with cases?
Bags, cases and packing arrangements vary by system. We specify what is included in your kit before ordering.
04Can I use the kit at several venues?
Portable systems can be planned for repeat use. Check each venue’s footprint, electrical and fire requirements and inspect the equipment before every event.
