Call first • rescue deadline confirmed against capacity and hall access
0208 150 3330Designed for the show floor
A lost banner, damaged fabric skin or last-minute organiser change can threaten a carefully planned show. Our studio at 60A-B, North Woolwich Road - E16 2AA is 5min from the ExCel London, subject to traffic and access. That local advantage helps us assess the problem, prepare a replacement and coordinate the handover without a distant production chain. Same-day print, overnight work and agreed live-show support focus on what can realistically get your stand ready.

The difference
01 / The usual way
A remote supplier may need to arrange production and long-distance transport while your opening deadline gets closer.
02 / With Clever Signs
Call, triage, capacity check and coordinated hall delivery. Five-minute proximity helps; it does not promise a five-minute rescue.
How it works
Share the problem, stand location, artwork and opening deadline.
Confirm material, finishing, capacity and the hall access plan.
Produce the agreed replacement and coordinate delivery or fitting.

How it fits together
Show, hall, stand, issue and absolute deadline.
Artwork, size, stock and finishing checked.
Access slot, credentials and on-site contact agreed.
The practical details
Call 0208 150 3330 first. Tell us your stand number, hall, show name, required size and absolute deadline. Send artwork and a photograph of the issue. The team confirms capacity, access, delivery credentials and a realistic rescue plan. Five-minute proximity is approximate and traffic/loading restrictions can affect delivery.
Fire documentation and any electrical checks must match the chosen materials, equipment and show requirements. No blanket certification is assumed.
Our factory. Our crew.

01 / Print
Grand format dye-sublimation and UV print produced in our London factory, colour-checked as it comes off the machine.

02 / Finish
SEG fabric graphics are trimmed and finished with silicone edging so they fit the frame tight and wrinkle-free.

03 / Cut
Foamex and board panels are printed, cut on the flatbed and labelled by stand and wall before packing.

04 / Install
The same crew installs on the show floor, working to the organiser’s build-up timetable, including evenings and weekends.

05 / Hand over
Every panel and graphic is checked, snagged and signed off with you before the show starts.

Still have a question?
A quick call often answers more than a page of FAQs — share your space, timings and brand assets.
Call 0208 150 3330info@cleversigns.co.ukWe are 5min from the ExCel London; this describes proximity, not a guaranteed print-to-stand turnaround. Traffic, dock bookings, unloading and hall access all affect arrival.
Our service includes weekend and overnight crews and 24/7 support during ExCeL shows. Agree your support window and contact arrangement with the studio.
Call first, then send the show name, hall and stand number, issue photograph, finished size, system details, artwork and absolute deadline. Keep an on-site contact reachable.
Tell us exactly what files you have. Artwork repair or recreation may add time, and any replacement must be approved before production.
Ask the studio to assess production and transport for that venue. ExCeL proximity does not apply nationwide; access and a realistic delivery plan are confirmed separately.
