Designed for the show floor

Build a destination, not just a display.

Your stand needs to attract attention from the aisle and work hard once people step inside. We bring visitor flow, product demonstrations, meeting areas, reception and storage into one design. Material finishes, dimensional branding and integrated lighting create a coherent environment. We plan the practical build alongside the visual concept, so transport, assembly and removal are considered before fabrication begins.

  • In-house design & fabrication
  • Timber, metal & acrylic features
  • Illuminated towers
  • Reception counters & displays
  • Hanging banners & truss coordination

The difference

A different way
to show up.

01 / The usual way

A bare space-only plot

A footprint alone does not explain your brand, organise conversations or give products a stage.

02 / With Clever Signs

A purpose-built visitor journey

A visible landmark, welcoming reception, planned demonstrations and practical storage make every square metre work harder.

How it works

A practical plan
for your deadline.

01

Define the experience

Set your audience, demo areas, conversations and practical storage needs.

02

Design & fabricate

Agree drawings, finishes, graphics and venue approval responsibilities.

03

Build & de-rig

Schedule transport, installation, handover and removal around the venue timetable.

How it fits together

Every part has a job.

  • Attract

Sightlines, landmark signage and open entrances.

  • Engage

    Demonstration, product displays and conversation.

  • Operate

Storage, safe cables and crew access.

The practical details

Made to spec.
Ready for the venue.

Share your footprint, budget, goals and organiser technical pack. We plan visitor flow, storage, electrics, height limits and installation sequencing. Suspended loads, truss, structural details and approvals are scoped with appropriate specialists and venue permissions before work begins.

Structure & finishes
Timber, metal and acrylic components, with finishes agreed from drawings and samples.
Graphic integration
Dimensional signs, printed walls, illuminated features and branded counters.
Lighting & power
Power demand, distribution, cable routes and electrical contractor responsibilities agreed before build. PAT/test records requested where applicable.
Structural scope
Towers, suspended elements and any multi-level proposal require appropriate engineering and organiser approval.
Fire documentation
Confirm the selected material’s fire-test documentation against the show manual. Request B1/M1 or other required evidence; classifications are not interchangeable and approval is organiser-specific.
Packing & lifecycle
Transport protection, component labelling, assembly sequence and de-rig plan scoped for each project.
Hall & dock delivery
Share show name, hall, stand number, unloading slot and on-site contact. Confirm vehicle booking, delivery labels, passes and any approved handling contractor before dispatch.
Design approvals
Submit plans to the organiser in time for review. Confirm height limits, open sides, structural calculations and any rigging through approved specialists.
Build & breakdown
Coordinate labour, flooring, electrical connections and handover around the official build timetable. Confirm removal, waste and storage responsibilities.

Fire documentation and any electrical checks must match the chosen materials, equipment and show requirements. No blanket certification is assumed.

01Can you design the stand as well as build it?

Yes. We start with your footprint, audience, goals and practical needs, then agree design, fabrication and installation scope together.

02Can a bespoke stand be built on the same day?

A custom stand requires a project-specific programme. Same-day print capability does not mean a same-day designed and approved stand build.

03Can you include hanging signs or a second level?

These can be explored during design, but engineering, approved rigging and organiser permission must be agreed first. Concept imagery is not a verified structural specification.

04Can elements be reused?

We can plan components for repeat events, subject to storage, transport, condition and the dimensions of your next stand.

From a blank stand to show-ready

Your show.
Your deadline.
Let’s make it happen.

Tell us where you’re exhibiting and what needs to be ready. We’ll scope the graphics, hardware, build and show-floor logistics together.
