Stage, Broadcast & Keynote Backdrops.

Giant stage letters and conference 3D backdrops for event producers, broadcast teams and exhibition organisers. London manufacture with venue access, camera finish and load-in considered together.

Scale with substance

Made for the back row. Checked for the camera.

Conference stages at ExCeL London, arena presentations and keynote broadcasts each have different sightlines. Review the lettering alongside the lectern, screen content, lighting plot and camera positions, not in isolation.

From letter depth and painted returns to concealed bases, handling and lighting, we help turn a visual brief into a practical fabrication specification. Size alone is not the brief: finish, exposure, lifespan and access matter too.

Conference & keynote letters

Stage lettering makes a physical focal point alongside digital content. Depth, placement and colour can be developed for wide audience views and tighter camera frames.

Good for
Corporate conferences, award ceremonies and keynote launches.
What we recommend
Share the stage drawing, screen locations and camera plan before approving scale.

Hands-on, from the inside out

The finish you see.
The detail behind it.

Sightlines & screen composition

Scale the letters against the stage elevation and camera framing. Keep sightlines, accessible routes and presenter movement clear within the agreed stage plan.

Finish & fire documentation

Matte finishes can reduce reflections, but camera performance should be tested. Venue-required reaction-to-fire evidence must match the actual materials and assembly; coating alone does not establish compliance.

Load-in, reset & de-rig

Component sizes, loading doors, lifts, dock bookings and crew responsibilities determine practical delivery. Our proximity is helpful, but it does not replace an agreed programme.

Workshop to destination

A clear approval.
A coordinated arrival.

Our studio is 5min from the ExCel London. For ExCeL London, Olympia, arena and studio projects, share your access restrictions and dates early. Proximity is not a promise of immediate dispatch.

  1. 01

    Brief the brand & site

Artwork, venue, dimensions, audience, lighting and dates establish the starting point.

  2. 02

    Approve drawings & samples

Agree letter geometry, visible finish, support details and any venue evidence before manufacture.

  3. 03

    Fabricate & prepare

Coordinate fabrication, assembly, packing and the practical sequence for the agreed installation.

  4. 04

    Install & hand over

Confirm access windows, crew responsibilities, site protection, care and any planned de-rig.

Before we make it

Your project questions.

01Can you supply stage lettering for ExCeL London?

Share the hall, stand or stage plan, show dates and dock arrangements. Our studio is 5min from the ExCel London; availability and delivery timing still need confirmation.

02Are the letters fire rated?

Required documentation is established with the venue. We confirm suitable materials and assembly evidence for your project rather than promising a blanket fire classification.

03Can giant stage letters be transported in sections?

Depending on geometry, joints and support, modular construction can be considered. Transport access and visible seam tolerances are reviewed before manufacture.

04Can you work with our stage and broadcast team?

Provide production contacts, stage drawings, lighting and camera requirements so finish samples and installation arrangements can be coordinated.

Survey & installation planning

Cost depends on materials, fabrication, quantity and safe access. A monetary estimate needs studio review.
