A brief beyond the ordinary.

Your concept.
A resolved physical object.

Some briefs need more than a printed panel or standard display system. Product presentation, storage, lighting and material detail must work together within a purpose-built object.

We review sketches, artwork and dimensions against the actual use: what the display carries, whether visitors can touch it, how it is transported and who assembles it. Drawings, prototypes and approval responsibilities are agreed before unfamiliar details go into production.

Retail product displays

Freestanding product units combine fabricated frames, display shelves and replaceable branding. Shelf positions and material finishes should follow the actual products and store operation.

Where it works
Retail floors and showroom product zones.
Good for
A bespoke presentation with coordinated brand detail.
Our suggestion
Provide product sizes, weights and quantities. Review customer access, cleaning and replenishment before agreeing the form.
Construction & specification notes
  • Shelf loads and stability require project-specific assessment.
  • Protrusions and edges need review for customer contact.
  • A display image is not a certified load specification.

custom fabricated displays fabrication and application detail

The difference is in the detail

Crafted for the brand.
Resolved for the space.

The use comes before the shape

Product weight, customer reach, staff operation and replenishment determine the layout. A render should not hide the practical working side of the display.

Prototype unfamiliar junctions

A sample corner, panel connection or shelf detail can reveal tolerances and finish issues before the complete unit is made. Agree the review stages appropriate to the project.

Consider its next location

Transport sections, packing, connectors and replaceable branding make reuse more realistic. Review repeated handling, storage and component access at the design stage.

Custom Fabricated Displays FAQs.

0208 150 3330
01Can you work from a sketch?

Yes. Share the concept, purpose, dimensions and setting. Feasibility, materials, drawings and any prototype stages are reviewed before a production specification is agreed.

02Can the display carry heavy products?

Provide the actual loads and use conditions. Shelf and structural capacity must be assessed for the complete assembly; we do not infer a safe load from a photograph.

03Can displays be modular or flat-pack?

Where the construction is developed for it. Transport size, finish, connectors and repeated handling determine whether modular or flat-pack construction is practical.

04Can you combine printing and metalwork?

A mixed-material display can be reviewed as one brief, including graphics, frames and finish junctions. The studio confirms the fabrication and installation scope for the proposal.

05Are displays fire-rated?

We do not make a blanket claim. The venue or project team specifies the required evidence for the materials and assembly, which must be checked against the actual supplied specification.

06Can branding be replaced for another campaign?

Replaceable faces and panels can be planned into the assembly. Agree retention, future panel dimensions and access so replacement does not require rebuilding the display.

07Do you install and remove event displays?

Delivery, assembly, installation and strike requirements are agreed against the venue and programme. Sending a brief does not automatically include or book those services.

08Can displays include lighting or screens?

We can review enclosures, support and access around separately specified lighting or equipment. Supply equipment details, ventilation needs and electrical responsibilities; electronics and integration are not assumed inclusions.

Project-specific specification notes
Loads, stability & public use
Provide the actual product or equipment loads and expected audience contact. Structural checking, stability and safe use need responsible project review. No pictured display is presented as load-certified or venue-approved.
Materials, venue evidence & logistics
Confirm material evidence, fire requirements where applicable, transport sizes, assembly access and storage. Venue approval depends on the complete specification, not a generic material label.
Lighting & service access
White LED options include warm 2700–3000K, neutral around 4000K and cool 5000–6500K, subject to the selected system. Agree drivers, controls, cable routes and service access. Building mains supply, isolation, final mains connection and certification are the responsibility of your qualified electrician, not our general fabrication package.
