A restaurant sign introduces more than a name. It tells guests what kind of experience to expect, then works with the windows, menu and interior details to make that promise coherent. Daytime visibility and the atmosphere after dark deserve equal attention.
We develop exterior fabrication, interior lettering and printed graphics around your design and operation. From a refined first opening to a coordinated café estate, materials, cleaning, menu changes and installation access are resolved alongside appearance.

Fascias & dimensional lettering
Fabricated metal or acrylic letters and carefully proportioned fascia trays identify the venue without overwhelming its architecture. Face-lit, halo-lit and non-lit constructions create different daytime and evening results.
- Where it works
- Street-facing facades and entrance elevations.
- Good for
- New openings, rebrands and coherent group identities.
- Our suggestion
- Review daylight and evening views before approving scale and lighting.
Construction & specification notes
- Coordinate with the facade and any conservation restrictions.
- Agree concealed fixing, access and driver servicing.
- Approve metal, paint and light samples against the interior palette.

The difference is in the detail
Crafted for the brand.
Resolved for the space.
Materials that belong in hospitality
Brass, coated metal, acrylic and graphics face different cleaning and touch conditions. Agree the finish, protective treatment and care instructions instead of assuming every metallic surface behaves the same.
Light that respects the room
A luminous sign must work with the interior, not overpower it. Review brightness, tone, seating angles and reflections through samples and an agreed lighting brief.
A useful detail at every touchpoint
The entrance, host point, menu, ordering area and facilities should use consistent wording and visual hierarchy. Keep decorative branding separate from required operational information.

Restaurant, Bar & Café Signage FAQs.
01Can you do the whole venue rather than one sign?
Yes. Scope exterior letters, projecting signs, windows, interior identities, menu displays and supporting guest information as one coordinated package.
02Do you work with designers and hospitality groups?
Share brand standards, elevations and finish references. A prototype can establish a repeatable family for later venues, with each site reviewed separately.
03Which lighting suits a premium restaurant?
Halo, face-lit and externally lit lettering have different effects. Assess brightness, white tone, material and surroundings with a physical sample; there is no universal best choice.
04Can signs suit a heritage frontage?
The design must respond to the building and permissions. Provide site photographs and any conservation or landlord guidance before approving fabrication.
05Can you match brass details inside the restaurant?
Review physical samples and accurately distinguish real brass, coated finishes and other metallic treatments. Agree expected patina and cleaning requirements.
06Can our menu displays change regularly?
Choose the hardware and media around staff access and update frequency. Paper menus, backlit posters and replaceable fabric faces are not interchangeable.
07Can installation happen before opening or outside service?
Provide fit-out readiness and the available access windows. Safe methods and crew availability are agreed for the project; a brief does not reserve a date.
08Are window graphics easy to remove?
Removal depends on film, glass, ageing and application conditions. Specify the removal requirement and review a representative sample rather than assuming every vinyl is temporary.

Project-specific specification notes
- Building context & permissions
- Listed buildings, conservation areas and landlord rules can change the allowable construction. Confirm relevant permissions and fixing substrates before fabrication.
- Cleaning, menus & maintenance
- Agree chemical exposure, touching, material care, update frequency and replacement media. Kitchen or outdoor conditions are assessed separately from decorative interior use.
- Lighting & installation windows
- Review guest sightlines and planned trading windows. Specify the LED system, driver access, controls and cable route. Warm 2700–3000K, neutral around 4000K and cool 5000–6500K whites are reviewed against physical finish samples. Building mains supply, isolation, final mains connection and certification belong to your qualified electrician, not our general signage package.
